Well, I thought I would bring this up because I have done this in an
IT lesson recently. And more importantly, it's about the systems that
many people don't realise they are using every day online.
I
was tasked with writing about an online system regarding Travel
Planning. So, I used Traveline West Midlands. This is NOT the only
online system. Just the one I had to write about. Some screenshots of
the website are below. But i'll write about it first!
This
is a website which is used for Travel Planning. It's easy to use, you
enter where you want to go, where from, when you want to leave or arrive
and then click a button.
You may be thinking how this
works. Well, that's simple! It uses a massive database in which the
information you need is stored. So, you enter the data, and the website
compares the input with data in the database and provides you with the
answers.

Dell Inspiron 15 5000 Review
Introduction
The Dell Inspiron 15 is a great all-round, daily use laptop. It is great for web browser, Office documents, music, videos, photos, Skype and more. In addition, as it's Dell, you'll know you have got yourself a quality device.Build Quality
This Dell laptop has great build quality. The plastics feel nice and are sturdy. In addition, Dell now uses a much better design for hinges compared to older laptops from 2010 - such as the 1545.The keyboard as little, if any, flex - depending on how you type.
Keyboard
This laptop features a chiclet style keyboard, with a number pad. It is of high quality, and doesn't flex that much. The keyboard is of a decent size and is easy to switch to and from if you use larger keyboards elsewhere. It feels great to type on and I could type on it all day. This article was written using the laptop.Trackpad
The trackpad is one of the worst parts of the laptop. The whole trackpad is a button. This results in clicks sometimes not being registered or accidental right clicks when you mean to left click. But, for the price, it is an alright trackpad.Design
The laptop is very sleek. It has a glossy back display panel with an metal Dell logo. Considering it has a disc drive, it is a very thin laptop and is very easy to carry around.Display
This is the hardest part to review, as various options are available. The model I own features a full HD (1920x1080) matte display. The display is of high quality and is very easy to see.Performance
This laptop has great performance for those of us who don't play games (well, old ones work fine). It uses integrated Intel graphics. In addition, it isn't the best for video editing (my video editing is done a computer with a Xeon processor). For most tasks, it has brilliant performance. And loading websites is better than ever as this laptop supports Wireless AC - this means websites load quicker and less Youtube buffering, if your router supports it.Software
This laptop comes with Windows 10, but probably supports Windows 7. It doesn't come with much bloatware. The most annoying piece of software installed is the McAffee Anti-Virus software - and no one likes that! It comes pre-installed with a trial of Microsoft Office and also features various Dell Support and Registration software.Overall opinion
I would certainly recommend this laptop to anyone who is in need of a good priced laptop (mine cost £499). It's great for most things, and if you want to video edit or game this is great to use while your desktop is doing that job.Specifications (may vary, of my system)
- Intel Core i5 Processor 2.3Ghz/2.8Ghz
- 8GB RAM
- 1TB (terrabyte) hard drive
- Intel Intergrated Graphics
- Full HD 1920x1080 matte display
- Wireless AC capable wireless card
- Full HD webcam and dual microphones
- Microsoft Windows 10
Why you shouldn't buy Apple iPhones.
Introduction
So, Apple has recently annouced the new iPhone. And well, you all know how much I dislike Apple.I would like to discuss why I think tthat you shouldn't buy Apple iPhones..
Hardware
We all know that with the latest iPhone, Apple has remove the headphone jack. So, how does this make it irrelevant? Well, it's simple. Apple isn't following standards, therefore anyone who has headphones, earphones, speakers or a microphone that uses the headphone jack can't buy a new iPhone without spending money on a new device. In addition to this, Apple's hardware is generally a year or two behind the likes of Microsoft, Samsung, etc in term of their flagship models. What is the point of this? Well, it's so Apple can make the next version seem amazing in comparison to the previous iPhone even when other manufacturers have had the specs for a year or two.
Software
I haven't even used the latest version of iOS, I refuse to use that operating system or Apple's Phones. And yet, I know from Apple users that the upgrade to iOS is litterally just support for Apple's new iLostThem Airpods and some other irrelevant and useless crap - why does it tell you when you go to bed, or why do you need to view notifications in a little popup window win they are visible in the notification screen anyway. It's bloatware if you ask me.SO DON'T BUY IPHONES AND MAKE APPLE STRUGGLE TO PAY THEIR €11 BILLION EUROS IN TAXES!

History of Microsoft Windows Series Hiatus.
Hello all! As you are probably aware, I have my History of Microsoft Windows series on Youtube. Currently, due to the move from Yr11 to Yr12 and therefore GCSE to A Level, time will (particularly in about two weeks or so) be much less available for me to product this content.
I will, however, continue this content during half terms (for example). This is not the end of the series after just three videos. I am dedicated to the series.

The blog vs the website
Hello. I have a blog and a website, and obviously, there are differences between the two. The blog, this site, is for news regarding Youtube videos and content in the Youtube videos.
The website is for the Youtube videos themselves, as well as other content such as software.
If you're confused, please do let me know! I will explain further.
